Seeking an Associate Veterinarian in Norfolk County, MA, to join a privately owned hospital where culture, collaboration, and exceptional medicine are at the heart of everything they do.

Experienced doctors are available to mentor, and highly trained support staff allow veterinarians to focus on delivering outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, team-oriented DVM who values education, communicates well, and is comfortable both giving and receiving feedback.

The position offers a flexible 3–5 day workweek, with full-time typically around 36 hours across four days. Weekend and evening hours are optional, though interest in occasional urgent care weekends is welcomed. Appointment days run from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with 30-minute appointments and a full hour for lunch. Each doctor also has one surgical day per week, usually consisting of three to four procedures followed by appointments, with strong CVT support throughout the day.
