We’re seeking a compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative, small-animal practice focused on high-quality care for dogs and cats. This role is ideal for someone who values strong client relationships, teamwork, and practicing medicine with integrity and empathy. New graduates are welcome and will be supported.
In this position, you’ll provide comprehensive medical care, including wellness exams, diagnostics, preventive care, and client education, along with surgery such as spay/neuter, dental extractions, soft tissue, and emergency procedures as applicable. You’ll work closely with a skilled support team, maintain accurate medical records, and contribute to a positive hospital culture while staying current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
Qualifications include a DVM from an accredited veterinary school and eligibility for licensure in Tennessee, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to animal welfare.
Compensation ranges from $110,000–$130,000, with a profit-share model that fully supports ProSal by adding revenue back in rather than excluding it. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact on pets, clients, and the community.
