What We Offer: Compensation: $130,000 base salary + production bonuses.

Ownership Opportunity: A unique 7% business profit-sharing/ownership track incentive — fully vested over 7 years.

Schedule: 4-day work week, NO weekends, and no after-hours on-call. New Grads Welcome: Structured, hands-on mentorship offered to support your professional growth. Support: Experienced support staff (technicians and assistants), allowing you to focus on medicine.

The Location: Enjoy a coastal lifestyle! We are conveniently located within 30 minutes of the beach, offering easy access to sun, sand, and ocean-side relaxation on your 3 days off. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals. Diagnose and treat illnesses, perform routine dental work, and manage preventative care. Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients through excellent communication. Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure a positive, efficient, and compassionate environment.

Requirements: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree. Active, non-restricted state veterinary license. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Passionate about learning and growing, regardless of experience level.
