Associate Veterinarian – Dallas, TX

We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a team of client-focused doctors.

Our client is an established, progressive practice in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

• Commitment to practicing high quality medicine with an interest in continued development
• Basic knowledge of dentistry
• Accurate documentation of patient medical records with an attention to detail
• Communicating pertinent information to colleagues for efficient case management
• Participating in meetings, discussions, and decisions regarding the strategy and operation of the practice
• Thoroughly educating clients on proactive wellness and innovative treatment in order to facilitate trust and long-term pet wellness
• Seeking continuing education and training opportunities focusing on both areas of opportunity and areas of interest

Requirements:

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA accredited institution
• License in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in Texas
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a small animal practice
• DEA licensure is preferred
• Must have enthusiasm for continued learning and improvement, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach
• Open to recent graduates and experienced practitioners
