Associate Veterinarian – Dallas SW – Ownership potential

Associate Veterinarian Dallas SW.  Our client, a veterinary clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Their team includes professionals who are Fear Free Certified. The veterinary team makes sure that they reduce the client’s pets stress and anxiety when they visit their doctor and treat the pet like their own. The veterinary practice has a great staff that is well trained and supervised which includes licensed veterinary technicians.

The successful veterinarian will be the second veterinarian in a 2 doctor veterinary practice located in Duncanville, TX. Veterinarians have a daily rotation of surgeries and 30-minute appointments.

The veterinarian will build rapport with the clients & hospital staff and understand the practice’s culture and involvement in the community. The practice strives to treat all clients with respect and honesty. Each team member aims at personal as well as clinic growth and provides exceptional customer service to clients.

A typical work schedule includes 4 weekdays and rotating Saturdays with Wednesday off for the Associate Veterinarians. Surgeries are lined up for Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings while appointments are Monday and Friday mornings and every afternoon.

There is a potential to own or manage the veterinary practice in future.

Qualifications:

Veterinarian with good standing in the state of Texas and current malpractice insurance.

Compensation & other benefits:

Salary (based on experience) + production bonus. PTO, sick leave, CE, paid license, dues, etc.
