We are seeking an Associate Director of Equine to develop and oversee the execution of the strategic marketing plan for digital and print communications, as well as events and sponsorships for this thriving organization.

A successful candidate will have strong leadership, communications, and organizational skills. The Associate Director of Equine must enjoy working in a team environment, have a keen eye for details, and a commitment to a standard of excellence in the workplace.

In addition, the ideal candidate has experience in marketing and communications, and the Animal Health Industry experience or companion animal/equine background is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead an all-star team of equine marketing employees
  • Oversee content development, brand execution, and sponsorships with athletes.
  • Serves as Editor-in-Chief of Platinum Magazine
  • Oversees execution of the direct mail
  • Develops the annual operational marketing plan for both email and print.
