Business Development Manager – Los Angeles

Business Development Manager /Sales Manager Los Angeles, CA.-We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Sales Manager to be based in the Los Angeles area of California.

In this role, the Business Development Manager will support a sales team of sales specialists and a sales trainer across services lines for North America (US and Canada). The Business Development Manager will grow the team by 20 sales specialists by the end of 2019. In addition to growing the team, the Business Development Manager will oversee sales training, mentoring for the team and holding the team accountable for individual and team goals.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a sales management role in the Animal Health Industry with ability to travel 30% of the time. The successful candidate will be competitive in nature while holding a servant leader attitude. Experience with analytics is required and Salesforce experience is preferred.
