We are looking for a President for an Animal Health company. In this role, you will be a global leader handling both the US and global business.

Our client has seen tremendous growth and would like to recruit a President/General Manager to oversee and lead the growth with the commercial presence in the US and with the distribution network around the world.

The new President will lead and develop the global strategic and tactical plans in line with corporate strategy. The incumbent will lead, design, and implement the global marketing and operational strategic plans. The President will lead and manage direct commercial teams and oversee distribution partners in other jurisdictions. The President will manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders on a global scale and will work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of different departments including Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing.

Qualifications include proven experience in successfully managing partnerships with major US distributors, strong commercial acumen including the ability to forecast accurately, scientific, and analytical skills, solid interpersonal communication skills marketing planning skills, salesforce dynamics, and the ability to be assertive and use diplomacy.
