Account Supervisor Agency – Southeast US

Dynamic Advertising Agency is looking for an experienced Account Supervisor with Human or Animal Health industry experience and/or Scientific background. The Account Supervisor will be the key agency representative to our clients and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation. The Account Supervisor will service client needs through direct contact, liaison, and marshalling agency resources. The Account Supervisor must be knowledgeable in both the client’s and agency’s business.

Responsibilities
The Account Supervisor will review all creative concepts before delivery to client and direct the activities of the Account Managers and Account Coordinators, devise client communications strategy, work proactively to meet client needs, ensure technical and product representations are accurate, handle budgeting, invoicing and collections with the client, and train and develop staff. The Account Supervisor will report to the Account Director.

Qualifications:
• Seven to ten years experience in account service for an agency.
• Strong scientific background a plus
• Human or Animal Health experience a plus
• Four‐year degree from a university or college.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Excellent time‐management skills.
• Digital marketing skills a plus.
