Seeking an experienced and collaborative Managing Veterinarian to lead our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while also helping shape the culture, clinical standards, and continued growth of a hospital.

Our ideal Managing Veterinarian is approachable, team-oriented, and excited to mentor others while remaining actively involved in patient care.

As Managing Veterinarian, you will serve as the clinical leader of the hospital while continuing to practice medicine alongside the team. You will partner closely with practice leadership and Heartland Veterinary Partners to support medical quality, doctor engagement, mentorship, hospital performance, and an exceptional client and patient experience.

This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who wants to have a meaningful voice in how a practice operates without stepping away from clinical medicine.
