Associate Veterinarian – Southwest, OK – #9728

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a friendly, established small animal practice treating dogs and cats. Full-time is preferred, but part-time may be considered.

Our team values open communication, mentorship, and giving veterinarians the freedom to practice independently while maintaining high standards of care. We foster a positive, family-like environment where building strong client relationships is a priority.

Doctors typically work a 4-day work week, averaging about 40 hours. Appointments begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 30 minutes. Each veterinarian has a dedicated technician or assistant support, plus a floater to help with additional needs. The caseload includes a variety of medical and surgical cases, with surgery scheduled according to the doctor’s interests and caseload.

After-hours on-call responsibilities rotate among the doctors, with calls handled until 9:30 p.m. Additional compensation is provided for after-hours emergencies.

Starting compensation is expected to be around $110,000, with the opportunity to transition to production-based or ProSal compensation. New graduates are welcome, and experienced veterinarians are encouraged to apply.
