We’re seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our fun, caring, and highly supportive team in the beautiful Santa Barbara area. As a full-time veterinarian, you’ll provide exceptional medical care while building lasting relationships with clients and patients. Our support team reports to the doctors, allowing you to focus on delivering outstanding medicine and patient care.

We’re looking for a veterinarian with strong communication skills, confidence, and a friendly, upbeat personality. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys collaborating with others, and is committed to practicing the highest standard of veterinary medicine.

This position offers a four-day workweek with four 10-hour shifts beginning at 8:00 a.m. and no travel requirements.

Compensation starts at $145,000 for new graduates, with experienced veterinarians earning up to $170,000+ based on experience.
