This is not a traditional corporate CVO role. This is a builder role for a veterinarian who wants to help shape the future of the veterinary profession.
Our client is building the next generation of veterinary medicine, combining clinical excellence, thoughtful clinic design, and AI-enabled operational infrastructure to reduce burnout and give veterinarians back control of their profession. Client is seeking a Chief Veterinary Officer / Founding Veterinary Partner to help design, build, and operate the first R&D-focused veterinary clinic that will serve as the foundation for a new model of veterinary care.

Qualifications / Skills
Required
- DVM or equivalent -Strong clinical experience (5+ years preferred)
- Passion for improving veterinary medicine
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership mindset
Preferred
- Leadership or medical director experience
- Interest in innovation and technology
- Experience improving workflows or operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset
Not required but valuable
- Experience in corporate veterinary medicine
- Multi-clinic experience
- Teaching or mentoring experience
Salary Range: Base, bonus and equity
