Join a growing veterinary hospital in McAllen, Texas that offers a fast-paced, supportive environment and the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine. We are seeking a compassionate Veterinarian who enjoys teamwork, communicates well, and brings positive energy to a busy clinical setting.

Our 24/7 hospital is supported by six veterinarians and more than 40 technicians, allowing doctors to focus on patient care with strong support staff, modern diagnostics, and well-equipped facilities. We primarily treat small animals, and while exotic experience is a plus, it is not required — candidates should simply be open to learning.

New graduates are welcome to apply. We provide extensive mentorship for early-career veterinarians as well as guidance for experienced doctors looking to expand their skills in areas such as surgery, ultrasound, and reproductive medicine.

Our culture is fast-paced, respectful, and team-oriented, with a fun and energetic staff. Doctors enjoy a four-day work week and a dynamic caseload where no two days are the same. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who can stay flexible during busy shifts, think quickly, and maintain a positive, solutions-focused mindset while delivering excellent patient care.

We offer appointments, emergency and critical care, walk-ins, routine health exams, vaccines, dentals, hospitalized critical cases, and more. We are fast-paced and high-volume.
