We are recruiting a Director of Marketing for an Animal Health company focused on prescription drug products. This position will focus on the strategic direction of the product portfolio and is in charge for the execution of marketing plans.

This role requires an innovative marketing with proven expertise and experience in an Omnichannel environment in Life Sciences including new product development, forecasting, long range planning, and go-to-market execution. This position will focus on both the B2B and B2C campaigns positioning and activation. The incumbent will be capable of developing tools and strategies that sell both to veterinarians and pet owners The incumbent will have experience with launching new products. The successful candidate will have a solid business financial acumen to determine ROI, cost analysis, and margins while determining pricing and marketing strategies. The incumbent will leverage analytical insights to evaluate a comparison of sales volume, market trends, digital experience, promotional initiatives, and competitive activity. The incumbent will be an experienced people leader with a proven track record of coaching and leading a marketing team. The successful candidate will have a professional presence and ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and will be able to present to senior executives and external customers. The incumbent will oversee a budget. The successful candidate will need to be aware of industry trends and new product innovation.

Qualifications include 10+ years of marketing experience, bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred, animal health experience is preferred but life sciences experience is required, strong project management skills, organizational skills track record of developing talent, fine- tuned communication and interpersonal skills.
