In this role, you’ll examine and treat companion animals to diagnose illnesses and injuries, operate diagnostic equipment, collect and interpret samples, and guide pet owners through preventative care and treatment options. You’ll perform surgeries, prescribe medications as needed, and provide compassionate counsel to families navigating end-of-life decisions. Maintaining accurate medical records and practicing in compliance with veterinary ethics, policies, and applicable regulations are also key parts of this role.
