We are seeking an experienced veterinarian with a passion for leadership and ownership to help bring a brand-new Animal Urgent Care Hospital to life in the Greater Charlotte area. This role offers an immediate equity opportunity for the right partner DVM who is ready to shape a practice from the ground up and see their vision become reality.

As a Partner Veterinarian, you will play a key role in hospital leadership, guiding and supporting a dedicated team of animal lovers throughout the Raleigh metro area. You’ll help set the tone for a collaborative, efficient, and compassionate workplace while ensuring the highest standards of urgent care medicine.

Pet emergencies, illnesses, and injuries rarely happen at convenient times, often when primary care hospitals are closed or overbooked. That’s why we’re excited to open this new urgent care hospital and are committed to assembling an exceptional team of veterinarians and support staff to serve the community when pets need it most.

The ideal partner will lead by example, enjoy mentoring others, and know how to motivate a team while maintaining strong morale.
