We are seeking a DeNovo Partner Veterinarian/Lead Owner Veterinarian who desires more than a traditional associate role — someone who values independence in medicine, meaningful leadership, and long-term financial growth through ownership.

This opportunity allows you to practice with complete clinical autonomy, free from quotas or restrictive protocols, while actively leading and co-owning your clinic. You’ll have the freedom to define your medical focus and build a practice that reflects your interests, from advanced surgery to integrative or multimodal care. While you lead clinically and strategically, a dedicated support team provides comprehensive operational backing in areas such as finance, HR, recruiting, IT, marketing, and vendor management.

The partnership model offers transparent compensation with production participation and the opportunity to build up to 40% ownership, creating long-term equity and profit distributions.
