We’re looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our small animal or mixed animal practice in San Angelo, TX. This is a hands-on role for a confident doctor who’s ready to step in, manage a busy caseload, and become a valued part of a close-knit veterinary team.

Our hospital sees 40–60 appointments per day, ranging from routine wellness care to emergency surgeries, with a daily surgical schedule of approximately 3–7 common procedures such as spays, neuters, and dentals. Associates typically have one dedicated surgery morning each week and spend the remaining days supporting the general caseload. The schedule includes an afternoon off, one weekend of call per month, and one night of call per week, with mentorship available as needed for experienced doctors.
