Our animal hospital is seeking a Veterinarian Medical Director in Cincinnati, Ohio.

We are offering a total compensation package of $200K guaranteed in your first year (Based on experience) as a full-time DVM team member. In addition to our customizable compensation package, this position offers a production bonus plan, clinical support, schedule flexibility, 401 (k) match, access to our vacation plan, and “true” paid time off.

The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical leadership for the hospital, managing associate veterinarians, and assuring regulatory compliance relating to the practice of veterinary medicine. The Medical Director is also responsible for creating an environment of teamwork in which quality medicine and exceptional client service are delivered.

In partnership with the Hospital Manager, the Medical Director is responsible for the financial performance and general operations of the hospital under the guidance of our leadership. In addition, the Hospital Manager and Medical Director are responsible for cultivating a supportive and collaborative team environment.
