The role offers an attractive base salary starting at $200,000, with additional production bonuses, as well as a generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

As the Medical Director, you will oversee clinical operations, develop and implement essential medical services, and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional care. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to refine medical policies and improve efficiency, all while mentoring and supporting veterinarians and staff across departments.

Ideal candidates will hold a DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university and an active Texas veterinary license (or the ability to obtain one). Experience as an Emergency Veterinarian or Board Certification in medical oncology, emergency and critical care, surgery, radiology, or internal medicine is preferred. A minimum of two years of clinical, scientific, or industry experience in a high-volume setting is required, along with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

This full-time position offers a four-day work week with dedicated administrative time for leadership responsibilities, allowing you to balance clinical duties with strategic oversight.
