We’re seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a modern, appointment-based small animal clinic in the Phoenix area of sunny Arizona. Known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care—and earning the most five-star reviews in the area—our practice offers a low-stress, collaborative environment where each DVM is supported by 3–4 experienced technicians.

We’re open Monday through Friday, with no after-hours or emergency shifts.

Our ideal candidate has six or more years of general practice experience and is confident with routine medicine, diagnostics, and basic surgery. Relief-only backgrounds aren’t the right fit; we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a long-term team.

While the clinic currently focuses on health and wellness, we’re expanding to include imaging and elective surgeries, and we’d love a veterinarian excited to help lead that growth. Partnership or ownership opportunities are available with financial assistance for the right individual.
