Seeking an Emergency Veterinarian in Okaloosa County, Florida.

This opportunity is specifically designed for new or recently graduated veterinarians eager to develop their skills in emergency veterinary medicine! No prior ER experience is required — just a passion for learning and diving into this exciting field. This is a great opportunity for veterinarians looking for professional growth.

Join our well-established ER hospital where we’ve been proudly serving a growing community with compassionate care while staying at the forefront of emergency veterinary medicine since 1995.

The full-time schedule consists of 12 shifts per month, with some night and weekend shifts required; however, this is open to discussion based on availability.

You will receive hands-on training and access to a network of seasoned ER veterinarians in a culture rooted in learning and teaching, a strong compensation model (earn $1,000 per shift during your training, upon completion of training, you will have the opportunity to earn $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater) with no negative accrual), a minimum of a $17k sign-on bonus, minimum of $8k relocation assistance, student loan repayment program of up to $20k a year for 4 years, and so much more!

About the Hospital

Our animal hospital provides emergency and urgent care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets in the coastal communities. We offer antivenin/antivenom, diagnostics, emergency care, emergency surgery, endoscopy, oxygen therapy, ultrasound, complete bloodwork, advanced urinalysis, biomarker tests, radiology, full-stocked veterinary pharmacy, oxygen chambers, soft-tissue surgery, and more!
