We are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a busy, well-established practice in Baltimore, MD. This is a steady, sometimes fast-paced environment where walk-ins and emergencies are part of the day, and cases are rarely referred out. The position is open to seasoned veterinarians with a minimum of five years of experience – unfortunately, new graduates will not be considered.

Here, you’ll have the freedom to practice medicine your way without strict guidelines or pressure from ownership. You’ll handle a variety of cases, from routine preventive care and sick visits to basic soft tissue surgeries and dental procedures. The practice places a high value on work-life balance, respect, and teamwork, ensuring that every member of the staff feels supported.

The ideal candidate will be easygoing, professional, and willing to collaborate with and support the staff. Compensation is flexible, ranging from $120,000 to $175,000 depending on experience, plus 20% commission and a $10,000 sign-on bonus!
