Seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Associate Veterinarian to join our team at a newer, privately owned hospital on Cape Cod. Our practice adopts a modern, people-focused approach, emphasizing collaboration, open communication, and a healthy work-life balance. We’re looking for a veterinarian who believes in teamwork, appreciates the vital role of technicians and support staff, and thrives in a positive, respectful workplace. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates openly, and is eager to be part of a practice that empowers its team members.

Surgical experience is preferred, as this role includes one surgery day per week. This is a four-day-a-week position with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts, allowing for an exceptional work-life balance.

There is also potential for long-term growth, including opportunities to take on a future medical director role and buy into our small ownership group!
