The Clinical Operations Director will be part of the Clinical R&D team.  The incumbent will supervise a team, will participate in key decisions, will create and implement strategies and will provide expert advice on project management for Clinical R&D.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in managing clinical trials and experience with clinical trial monitoring. Other qualifications include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure, collaborative person who has active listening skills who can make clear decisions. Excellent communication skills. Experience with electronic data capture systems. Ability to lead people at all levels and across functions. Understanding of financial management and business.
