Our veterinary clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinarian Medical Director to join our long-standing small animal hospital in beautiful Lapeer County, Michigan.

Here, you’ll receive a signing bonus and lead and work with fantastic and dedicated support staff in a clean, beautiful, updated, modern facility!

In this role, the Medical Director will provide a variety of animal healthcare duties in the hospital, as well as management, mentorship, and career development for veterinarian staff.

Additionally, our Veterinarian Medical Director will ensure the regulatory compliance of the animal hospital as well as develop, approve, and maintain veterinary standards of care for all patients.

The Medical Director (MD) is also responsible for ensuring an environment of positive teamwork among hospital staff. Active and productive collaboration between staff members is critical to the success of this position!

The MD understands they will wear many hats and will be passionate about clinical excellence, leadership, recruiting, retention, and advocating for the growth of our hospital!
