Stacy has a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Oklahoma State University and worked in the television broadcasting and advertising industries before joining the search profession in 1997. In addition, she was a 2015 and 2017 finalist for Pet Industry Woman of the Year, which is recognized annually by the Women in the Pet Industry organization.
Stacy is one of a rare number of search consultants to bill $1 million in production in a single year, and she has accomplished this feat for consecutive years in a row. There are only 27 known executive recruiters in the United States who have achieved this feat. Stacy has attained more than $16 million in personal billings and has now built The VET Recruiter into a multi-million dollar recruiting firm, managing a team of recruiters and researchers who are just as focused on serving candidates and clients as she is.
Stacy is both a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). These certifications are evidence of her commitment to the advancement of professional and ethical standards and to the quality of work performed within the search profession.
