We are seeking a Chief of Staff to lead a team of passionate, focused doctors. Our client is a full-service animal hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The modern and inviting hospital boasts a caring support staff dedicated to patients and the community. This organization has a very supportive and family-like atmosphere to ensure employees have a great balance of work and life. The hospital offers preventative and wellness care, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, digital x-rays, ultrasound, and more.  

 Typical schedule involves 40-hour work weeks. Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience guiding a team and is comfortable with leadership. Must be eager to build client relationships and help the practice setting and team thrive.
