We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Director to lead a team of passionate, focused doctors. Our client is an AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal practice in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. This is an outstanding opportunity to continue practicing medicine while establishing the direction and medical quality of the hospital as an owner would, but without the risks of ownership. In addition, you will have the solid backing of experts in Operations, Marketing, Human Resources, Payroll, and more to help you succeed.

In this position, you will use your superior medical judgement combined with a high level of empathy, confidence, and humility to build a loyal client base and heal pets. This position allows you to combine your passion for medicine and compassion for pets with a commitment to professional growth.
