The Manager of Sales and Business Development will support a sales team and sales trainer and will be responsible for growing the team, holding the team accountable, mentoring, sales training and facilitating productive relationships.

Qualifications include 3+ years of sales management in the Animal Health Industry, experience using analytics, ability to travel 30% of the time, someone who is competitive in nature. Experience with Salesforce is preferred. We are looking for a Sales Manager with a servant leadership mentality.
