VP of Manufacturing Operations

This is a new key executive role as a result of recent strong growth of sales of our client’s USDA licensed biologicals, in preparation for the new API facility to enter the construction phase.  This is a great opportunity for a manufacturing professional to participate in the next phase of growth of a company offering several novel, regulated products that are alternatives to traditional antibiotics. This position will evaluate all areas of manufacturing, including production sites, API processes, and final, finished goods and inventory management to lead efforts in continual improvement. In addition to the role in the current, established products, this role will oversee and integrate activities critical to commissioning of a new API facility to support a novel antimicrobial, currently in the final phase of FDA approval.

Qualifications include a pharmaceutical professional with experience in USDA, and FDA cGMP operating environments. This position will report to the CEO and will have several manufacturing teams, engineering, as well as a newly acquired facility, reporting into it.

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the animal health field, providing solutions to cattle farmers in the areas of vaccines and infectious disease. This position is part of a significant investment by the company to bring a new product to the market, currently in the final stages of development and licensure.
