Associate Veterinarian – Phoenix, AZ

Our client is hiring an experience Associate Veterinarian (2 yrs + and exotics experience is a plus) for its hospital in Phoenix, AZ.  Client has beautiful facility with 6 examination rooms, dual table surgery suite, separate dental suite and boarding and grooming facilities.  In-house laboratory capabilities and close association with external full-service clinical and pathological laboratories are available. Access to board-certified surgeon for hip replacement, knee, soft tissue and TTA surgeries, Isoflurance anesthesia, electro surgery, ultra-sonic dental equipment. Excellent surgical monitoring capabilities including oscilloscope and pulse oximetry, ultrasound machine, complete pharmacy, large inventory of established pharmaceuticals as well as many of the latest developments including access to compounded drugs.

Qualifications included :

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Licensure in good standing to practice in the state in which applicant is to be employed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
• Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation with colleagues and clients
