We are seeking a compassionate Medical Director to join a team that loves practicing advanced medicine and enjoys making a tremendous difference in the community. We are a full-service animal hospital, with advanced surgical capabilities including TPLO, bone plating, and PennHip screenings. We are looking for a dynamic team leader, who is passionate about team building, mentorship, and training veterinary staff.

This position is a four-day work week with rotating on some Saturdays. Our clinic culture is upbeat and energetic. We strive to have fun at work while providing exceptional care to our pet patients. You will work with an outstanding support staff that enjoys seeing each other thrive. Our community loves us. We have a good reputation in the community for excellent customer service and care.

Compensation/Benefits: Competitive and generous base salary, and a production bonus awarded with no negative accrual. We give a Medical Director bonus as well as a signing bonus.
