Chief Operations Officer  – Detroit, MI – # 8919

We are looking for a COO to lead the charge into the next era with a focus on impact and innovation.

The incumbent will be the strategic and operational right hand to the CEO and senior leadership team; leading day-to-day operations, enhancing systems and ensuring that the culture and values show up at ever level of the organization. Your leadership will be essential in empowering teams, refining efficiencies and scaling growth, strategy, and sustainability.

The COO will drive operational strategy across multi sites and growing service lines. The incumbent will lead and mentor a high-performing operations team; develop KPI’s, workflows and accountability systems that reflect the organization’s values. The COO will work closely with the CEO, CMO, CFO and recruiting team to align organizational goals with scalable infrastructure. The COO will support site leaders and field teams in delivering a consistent experience.

Qualifications include 10+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-site operations, ideally in healthcare, the service industries or veterinary medicine.  You are a systems-thinker who thrives in fast-growing environments and believes culture is a strategy. You are values driven with a servant leadership mindset and are focused on people, process, and purpose. You have excellent communications skills and decision-making skills. You want to lead with impact, compassion, and bold vision.
