Join a dynamic team as a Senior Clinical Scientist where you will play a pivotal role in driving new animal health projects, ensuring safety and efficacy in target species.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape clinical study design, manage resources and budgets, and support the maintenance and expansion of the existing parasitology product portfolio.

You will oversee projects from protocol development through execution, culminating in final study reports for submission to regulatory agencies, working across both lab and field environments.

This role will require you to lead clinical teams and projects. You will support the development and implementation of the clinical strategy antiparasitic product development (from the start of development to post-approval support).

You will ensure that clinical projects have an optimal strategy and efficient study design, are evaluated according to state-of-the-art principles, and are properly presented.

You will de-risk projects by finding health risks and eliminating them. You will also present the clinical content to regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and animal welfare principles.

This role will allow you to act as the clinical project representative in meetings and organizations to align clinical plans with company strategies and support clinical site study activities.

Requirements:

  • DVM strongly preferred from an accredited institution with previous experience in antiparasitic product Development or PhD or master’s degree from an accredited institution with experience in parasitology
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) and compliance
  • Solid understanding of the claim structure of veterinary antiparasitic products
  • Experience with planning, conducting, reporting, analyzing, and interpreting clinical studies
  • Previous experience with clinical laboratory and/or field studies (GxP and non-GxP) is a plus
  • Clinical veterinary practice experience is a plus to support site study activities
  • Team player with excellent communicational skillset to effectively work in an international and cross-functional environment
