We are a fast-growing manufacturer of capital equipment designed to optimize space, efficiency, and caregiver comfort in veterinary hospitals. Our goal is to provide a seamless purchasing experience—from initial inquiry to installation and beyond.

As an Equipment Sales Specialist, you’ll guide customers through every step of the purchasing process, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs. This role combines consultative sales, customer service, and hands-on showroom demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinary professionals with product selection, pricing, quoting, and ordering.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to drive new sales opportunities.
• Provide showroom demonstrations, design consultations, and in-service training.
• Manage shipping logistics and communicate with contractors to ensure smooth installations.
• Follow up post-installation to optimize equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support distributor reps and occasionally attend industry trade shows (less than 4 weeks of travel per year).

Requirements:

• Experience in veterinary sales, purchasing, or even as a lead vet tech/practice manager within an animal hospital.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management.
• Friendly, caring nature with a customer-first mindset.
• Agile and comfortable moving equipment in a showroom setting.
• Good driving record and ability to lift 50 lbs.
