Our client is a regenerative medicine company dedicated to helping pets live healthier, longer lives. Our client developed the only non-invasive stem cell banking procedure on the market today, which is patent pending. Our client is at the vanguard of developing both autologous and allogeneic therapies for dogs and cats, with a growing portfolio of intellectual property. The company is working directly with the FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine to advance the pipeline whose targets include skin allergies, chronic dry eye, osteoarthritis and chronic kidney disease. The company is also developing culture-expanded stem cell therapy derived from a minimally invasive skin biopsy. Each of these therapies addresses significant unmet veterinary needs and has potential peak sales in the hundreds of millions.
The Veterinary Community Manager is responsible for managing the company’s relationship with partner veterinary clinics. This includes introducing new clinics to the services offered, training clinic staff to offer the service and products to their clients, and supporting the clinic in all of their regenerative medicine needs. This position will work remote and cover the surrounding region. Some travel may be required to home base for training and meetings.

Experience:
- Extensive experience in a veterinary clinic as a registered technician, experienced assistant, or customer service representative (CSR/Reception) Minimum 4 years (Required)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Logistics/fulfillment: 1 year (Plus)
Education:
- RVT, RVT equivalent, or bachelor’s preferred but not required
