Successful dog grooming/ dog boarding/ dog daycare business with multiple locations in the D.C. Metro area is looking for a CEO to run them!

This is a hybrid position where you will be working from home as you perform administrative tasks but stopping in and visiting each location weekly. If you genuinely love dogs enough that you will be able to deeply connect with the clients served, this is the role for you. Dog owner is a given.

You must be able to perform these duties and have experience with the following:

P&L responsibility, top and bottom-line growth experience, people management, history of operational improvement, multi-site management experience, ability to hire and train staff, and relationship-building involvement.
