A DVM-founded and led practice group is looking for veterinarians who want to not only practice quality medicine but help build something special.

This is an opportunity to become up to a 40% equity partner in a high tech, modern, new practice with no cash buy in. The veterinarian would be the lead doctor / Medical Director and receive a guaranteed base, plus production, plus medical director stipend.

The practice group handles all HR, recruiting, financials, and other back office matters so the veterinarian can focus on medicine. We are looking for partner veterinarians in areas of AZ, FL, GA, LA, NC, NM, NV, PA, UT, VA, WA, and more.

We are looking for experienced veterinarians with a license in the US who have leadership experience.
