Strategic Account Manager Swine – Minnesota

Strategic Account Manger Swine Minnesota-The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for being the main point of contact for assigned Strategic Veterinary and Swine Producer Accounts. The Strategic Account Manager Swine will grow the business and have a deep understanding of the customers. The Strategic Account Manager Swine is a trusted advisor who will lead all aspects of strategic accounts business plan development and execution. The Strategic Account Manager will negotiate and manage contracts and programs within the assigned accounts to optimize the results of the business.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science, Pre-Vet, Ag Business, Ag Economics, Marketing or a related degree with 1- years of experience in swine/livestock production experience. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in animal health practices and products and a strong understanding of business relationships between all facets of the swine production chain including production, veterinarians, packers, processors, sales, marketing, distribution and consumer outlets. Other qualifications include account management and people skills, negotiation skills and strong computer skills.
