Sales Manager California. The Sales Manager California will manage a regional sales team, and act as a trainer, coach and leader. The Sales Manager California is responsible for customer retention, customer satisfaction and growing the business. The Sales Manager will be out in the field three full days per week visiting with prospects and customers and assisting the team in meeting the team’s goals. The Sales Manager will travel to the home office for management meetings and training. The Sales Manager will meet revenue goals, forecast sales and will be the point person for working with distribution.
