Regional Manager of Veterinary Practices – Western Region, US

Regional Manager Veterinary Practices-Western Region, US.  Our client, a fast-growing acquirer and operator of veterinary hospitals seeks a Regional Manager Veterinary Practices to manage a small but growing number of veterinary practices on the West Coast. This role requires the person to be based in either Phoenix, AZ or Portland, OR. In this role, the Regional Manager will report directly to one of the company founders and will have the primary responsibility to lead customer service throughout their region. The incumbent will hire, train and motivate the highest quality Practice Managers, Veterinarians and Territory Leads and the teams that support them. The Regional Manager will promote a culture that is in line with the organization’s core values which are authenticity and caring. This role requires the successful candidate be able to grow and develop a promotable second tier management team, execute on revenue goals and maintain budgets. Other requirements include collaboration on regional and clinic level forecasting. The incumbent will develop repeatable and scalable processes for clinics, develop scalable systems for real-time reporting across all clinics, ensure compliance with AAHA, OSHA, DEA and Federal/State regulations, oversee ongoing day-to-day operations of clinics within the region and help identify new acquisition targets within the region.

Our ideal candidate will be a self starter and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves on a daily basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work in a changing environment.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of Practice Management experience, 5+ years of veterinary medicine experience, Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

Preferred qualifications: Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM)
