Regional Director of Operations – Southeast (Atlanta, GA) 

We are seeking a driven individual to fulfill an integral role as Regional Director of Operations for hospitals in Georgia and Florida with expanding states. This organization prides themselves on maintaining a culture of collaboration and innovation among veterinarians while enabling practices to have full medical autonomy. This is a full-time position based out of Georgia but can also be done remotely.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Overseeing and working closely with Regional Managers to increase performance at hospitals
• Lead and implement projects within your regional markets
• Responsible for reviewing regional financial reports and developing strategies
• Reviewing non-financial reports and developing improvement strategies
• Collaborating with Regional Managers for hospital operations (staffing, budgeting, inventory, marketing, human resources, etc.)
• Travel to practices 4 days per week with 1 office day

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3+ years’ experience managing multiple locations for a multi-site operator in medical, veterinary, or dental industry
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial attitude
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills
• Experience with handling budgets and financial statements
