Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager.  We are looking for an innovative talented marketer to drive the successful management of all of the elements of the marketing for a parasiticide product. The role of the Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will be to define strategy, planning, forecasting, product development and to handle P&L for the results of a certain parasiticide product in the portfolio of animal health products. The Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will develop, measure and implement marketing initiatives which support both the immediate and long term growth of the parasiticide/animal health brands. The Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning efforts for the parasiticide brands which include market and competitive analysis, brand positioning, pricing and development of a communications plan focused on internal and external customers. The Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will lead short term and long term financial planning, development of sales and operating budgets, management of and operating within financial parameters that have been approved to enhance profitability. The Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the budget and the operating plan preparation for assigned products.

The Parasiticides Senior Marketing Manager will work with multiple stakeholders internally including market research, regulatory, finance, manufacturing, commercial management, inventory and distribution as well as all necessary external vendors to maintain strong market growth and increase demand for the parasiticide brands. The incumbent will provide marketing materials and programs to the sales force and channel partners on a timely basis in support of demand creation efforts. The incumbent will manage communications from sales territory managers, sales managers, senior management and customers. The incumbent will develop a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer insights including managing competitive intelligence. The incumbent will provide feedback and manage communications to senior management as appropriate.

Qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the area of animal health pharmaceuticals, with a history of proven success in delivering business results in an innovative and rapidly changing environment. Animal Health marketing experience with parasiticides for companion animals is preferred. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to develop and deliver world class integrated marketing plans. The successful candidate will have superior customer focus and the ability to work with others to achieve both personal and team goals. Excellent oral and written communication skills is required along with the ability to deliver effective presentations to large business groups and senior leadership. We are seeking someone with excellent project management skills, strong analytical skills and abilities. A Bachelor degree is required. MBA is preferred.
