Well funded, growing animal health company is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing leader to be National Account Manager.
The key responsibilities of the National Accounts Manager will be to manage all aspects of the sales process for the company including developing and enhancing customer relationships with key and larger accounts and managing the sales team. The National Accounts Manager will be in charge of setting the sales plan and strategy for multiple animal products in the market and manage a team of inside sales professionals, key account manager, and a 3rd party sales support team. The customer focus duties includes directing veterinary engagements, training and awareness to the distributor sales organizations, and developing sales strategies for buying groups and corporate accounts. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for setting the sales coverage activities for the team and develop monthly and quarterly sales targets based on the forecasted growth for the company. The National Accounts Manager will be a key collaborator with the marketing team to ensure the sales message and marketing initiatives have a consistent theme and message
