Member Services Representative – (Veterinary Technician Preferred)
We are looking for Member Services Representatives for our client in Davis, California. We are looking for a self-motivated team player eager to join a growing membership service team dedicated to meeting the needs of a diverse veterinary community. This person must be friendly, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic about finding or creating solutions to a wide range of member services issues. This person must be familiar with the unique requirements of working within a team environment.
The Member Services Representative will handle multi-line phone management, new member set up and support, account administration and trouble-shooting and database entry. This role requires excellent written and verbal skills and an ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease.
Qualifications include: College Degree or equivalent (preferred but not required), 3-5 years of customer service experience, organization skills, ability to type 40-50 wpm, basic math skills, computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment. A Veterinary Technician is preferred.
