Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager will call on distributors in person and via phone and inform them of new and existing products and services and will make presentations and train distributor reps on company products. The incumbent will monitor customer satisfaction, resolve customer problems and concerns and monitor competitive position in the marketplace. The incumbent will develop sales plans, work with the communications department and represent the company at industry trade shows and meetings. The Key account Manager will participate in the annual budgeting process, analyze and control expenditures and complete field sales call reports.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of outside sales experience in the Agriculture or Animal Health Industry.
