Global Brand Manager – Topical Products
Global Brand Manager-Topical Products. We are looking for a top class, results-driven Global Brand Manager, who is results-driven. This position is open due to expansion into the pet specialty, online and food drug mass channels and is focused on non-prescription Topical Products for pets. The incumbent will handle the strategic direction of their global brand and deliver the marketing activity and budgetary control for these products. The incumbent will build productive relationships internally and externally.
The Global Brand Manager will build and support the creation of innovative and effective campaigns to grow sales and market share, will lead management of all marketing elements for key segments within the topical portfolio, will work closely with commercial teams to implement commercial initiatives to drive profitability, will design and execute the brand plans in the US market, working with US Key Account Managers to address the needs of retailers and identify brand synergies with the US brand team.
The incumbent will handle production and sales forecasting and will partner with operations, regulatory, product supply and customer service to ensure sufficient stocks available to meet sales goals and inventory objectives. The Global Brand Manager will handle external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget. The incumbent will work closely with marketing and teams to drive synergies across brand and leverage learnings. The incumbent will lead a product portfolio and will champion the product portfolio.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years of marketing experience, be legally able to be employed in the United States.
Preferred qualifications include a proven track record in managing a brand, commercial understanding including P&L development, brand, category and competitor knowledge and awareness of market environment, understanding of the different sales channels, strong commercial focus, relevant marketing experience, human OTC experience in marketing preferred, project leadership working on cross-functional teams, excellent communication and influencing skills, analytical use of data, proactive and results driven, good interpersonal skills.
