Enterprise Account Executive – USA (Remote) #4853 – Pet Products

The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on obtaining sales commitments from customers in the pet products industry the for multi-million dollar annual transportation spend. This individual must understand the business challenges of the prospective customers and foster professional relationships in the targeted markets. The Enterprise Account Executive will also be a leader amongst the sales team by supporting the sales process of opportunities of both Senior Account Executives and Account Executives. This individual should be proficient within our technology platforms, business processes, and able to effectively articulate the value proposition. The Enterprise Account Executive will work within a team environment and partner with the Solutions, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop account strategies to help close sales.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of prior managed services sales experience, or 3-4 years of proven sales success within managed transportation services
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal leadership oversight
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in person and via phone
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and explain complex and abstract issues and respond appropriately
  • Able to utilize sound, independent judgment and make responsible decisions and recommendations
  • Excellent follow-through and detail orientation
  • Able to effectively utilize computer programs including Word and Excel and agency management system
  • Ability to work with a variety of people and personality types
  • Able to work within a climate controlled, fast-paced team environment
  • Strong ability to persuade, negotiate, and positively influence others
  • Ability to build and leverage relationships
  • Must be available for travel 15% – 50% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
